In fact, foreign inflows witnessed a rebound in 2023 reporting a 20 per cent YoY rise at $3.6 billion, stated the report, maintaining that these investments were not confined to traditional avenues but extended to alternative asset classes, bolstering the robust domestic growth in office, residential, and industrial segments. 
Godrej Properties acquires ~3-acres land parcel in Hyderabad with estimated booking value of ~Rs 1,300 crore
Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) on Thursday announced that it has acquired ~3-acres of land in Kokapet, Hyderabad. This is the second land acquisition for GPL in Hyderabad and will take the overall booking value potential added in the city to Rs 4,800 crore.
